Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience and handling guest enquiries via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to be knowledgeable of all systems and procedures and ensure effective execution. He/she will also assist to check documents submitted by ticket sellers against computer sales records and to prepare various reports to senior management. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and follow-up guest comments and requests to relevant with appropriate departments.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent guest experience and handle guest enquiries at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate, and cabana area.

* Check documents submitted by ticket sellers against computer sales records.
* Prepare various reports for senior management.
* Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards within the Park.
