With an influence spanning over 40 countries, our mission to make a positive impact continues to gain momentum.Purpose The purpose of the Account Manager role is to:· drive revenue from existing retail customers within the UK· utilise existing relationships with retail customers to expand the UK customer base· manage the onboarding of new customers from proof of concept through to full adoption.Your ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through their adoption journeyManage relationships with key accounts to discuss current deployment, aims andobjectivesManage the onboarding process for new customersMonitor the refresh and contractual extension opportunities with existing customersProactively identify any addtional use case opportunities within the customer baseCollate information on any additional or new requirements and feedback to the development teamArrange and attend meetings with all relevant customer stakeholders and internal Technical Account Manager, as required. Sales ReportingMaintain Salesforce and provide accurate management information, to assist with forecasting.Ensure Head of Sales – UK Retail, is aware of products required to meet demand.Product and Customer KnowledgeWork closely with internal colleagues to ensure up to date product knowledge and awareness of ongoing product developments.Build understanding of customer challenges, needs, and issues.Provide feedback from customers to appropriate internal teams.Industry Knowledge and Awareness Provide industry sector data and information, relating to technology needs and/or services to the business, as these are identified.Attend trade shows as required.Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
