Operational Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

Join us as an Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) Senior Manager, a critical role that leads the delivery of our OTP processes in conjunction with our colleagues in GFS and our internal and external stakeholders. This role is suitable for a financial professional with strong awareness of financial reporting, able to understand and implement transfer pricing principles. You will become an SME with responsibility for the calculation and review of the OTP transfer pricing calculations performed across the team.
Accountabilities:
As an OTP Senior Manager, you will become a subject matter expert on OTP calculations, able to perform, review, and comment on transfer price positions. You will deliver Segmented P&L by brand, support key stakeholder relationships in Finance and Operations, translate new business requirements into process design and work with IT to implement in the OTP system. You will also maintain documentation, training, and controls for OTP processes.
Proven experience of a similar finance or tax role requiring detailed analysis of P&L positions
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sources into simplified reports
Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Experience of virtual collaboration
Experience of working with cross functional teams
Financial systems and Excel
Financial and management accounting
Presentation, Communication & Facilitation
Experience of Tax and Transfer Pricing
Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge
Operational transfer pricing execution and review
Familiarity with transfer pricing guidelines and legislation

1. A Financial accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA equivalent)
