Overview
Customer Service Representative / Trainee Account Manager (M/F/D) at Fastenal Europe. Salary £25,500 per annum. Excellent in-house training and future prospects. Responsibilities
* Customer Services: Handling incoming calls, answering emails, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction; going the extra mile to engage customers; purchasing stock; general operations in the POS; communicating with colleagues; providing customers with updates. IT skills would be advantageous.
* Warehouse: Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, managing shipping and processing goods; general warehouse operations. Forklift licence would be a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence is required; you would be driving a company van.
* Experience in warehouse and/or customer service preferred; ability to thrive under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.
* IT skills are advantageous.
* Forklift licence is a plus (can be obtained on-the-job).
