We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to play a key role in evolving learning and capability development across the business.
This is a broad, end-to-end role responsible for owning the full learning lifecycle, from diagnosing capability gaps and conducting learning needs analysis through to solution design, facilitation, implementation and impact evaluation.
You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to deliver learning solutions that improve capability, performance and future readiness.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and would suit someone who enjoys both consulting with the business and creating high‑quality learning experiences themselves.
This role is hybrid ideally with 2‑3 days in our Birmingham HQ.
What You Will Do
* Partner with business leaders and teams to identify learning and capability needs
* Conduct learning needs analysis using business insight, stakeholder engagement and data
* Design engaging learning solutions across digital, blended and facilitated formats
* Create learning content and resources using modern learning technologies
* Deliver workshops, programmes and development initiatives where required
* Evaluate learning effectiveness and measure business impact
* Use data and insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
* Contribute to the evolution of modern learning practices, tools and methodologies across the business
What You Will Have
* Proven experience across the full learning and development lifecycle
* Strong learning design, facilitation and programme delivery capability
* Experience partnering with stakeholders across different business functions
* Hands‑on experience creating digital and blended learning content
* Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and programmes simultaneously
