Job Description
* Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management.
* Provide sound legal advice to clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments affecting the practice area.
* Develop and foster client relationships to support business development efforts.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Attorney should have:
* A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar in Tennessee.
* 7+ years of litigation experience
* Tort experience required, preferably in long-term care and/or medical
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
