Summary
As a Site Administrator, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will focus on leveraging your core skills in computer proficiency, administrative experience, and organizational abilities to manage daily tasks efficiently. Your premium experience in office settings, combined with relevant skills in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data entry, will enable you to support various administrative functions. We expect you to maintain effective communication and uphold professional phone etiquette, contributing to a productive and organized workplace.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong typing and data entry skills
* Demonstrated administrative experience with a focus on organization
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Familiarity with QuickBooks and clerical tasks
* Previous office experience is highly desirable
