Overview
Your tasks and responsibilities will depend on the daily allocation made by your manager. This role is restaurant based and involves working a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Based on the food production line (kitchen preparation), prepare and assemble hot and cold dishes ordered by guests and assist with daily cleaning during and after service.
* From time to time, act as a floor host by greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with ordering, and managing customer flow.
