We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Site Manager to join a leading MEICA specialist that primarily focus on the water treatment sector, delivering a range of projects & capital works frameworks across the UK.
The company have long established relationships with the likes of Severn Trent Water, Southern Water, Wessex Water & Thames Water and are one of their “go to” specialists for M&E and Instrumentation works.
Supported by a Project Manager, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.
What you would do:
* On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
* Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
* On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
* Oversee and manage engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
* Order all day-to-day site materials.
* Update appropriate information to project program
* Ensure work is delivered on time and to schedule
* Trouble shoot on site
* Manage the installation of electrical packages.
* Undertake project specific scheduling.
* Communicate changes to Project Manager.
* Project quality reporting and monitoring.
Experience & Qualifications required.
* Qualified Electrical Engineer
* Previous experience as a Site Manager within the Water or similar proc
* ess industry
* Experience of managing and leading teams
* Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Appropriate SMSTS OR CSCS cards
