A new opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a leading business based in Guildford. This is a hybrid role over 3-4 days per week.
Job Description
* Processing purchase ledger
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Producing payment runs
* Posting and allocating debtor receipts
* Cash allocations
* Processing expenses
* Assisting with month and year end processes
* Quarterly VAT returns
The Successful Applicant
* Candidates should have experience within a similar role
* May be studying towards an accountancy qualification
* Experience with XERO strongly desirable
* Good MS Excel skills
