Electrician West / North West LondonUK-Leading Facilities Management & Infrastructure Services Provider!PAYE | £44,000 + Company Van | 40 hours per week | Paid 30 mins each way | £10K-£15K Overtime Available!Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card, 26 Days Holiday (+BH), Generous Pension, Training & Development PathwaysThe Electrician OpportunityWere supporting a national leader in facilities management, infrastructure, and building services as they expand their Electrical Maintenance/ Testing team across North West London.This is a stable, long-term role with excellent earning potential current Electricians are consistently achieving £55,000 £60,000 per year, supported by regular overtime and paid travel time (30 minutes to and from each job).Youll be working on a wide range of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, and remedial works.Full support, training, and development are provided, making this an ideal opportunity for an Electrician who wants long-term security, progression, and a strong annual income.The RoleAs an Electrician, you will:Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and industrial sitesComplete testing, inspection, and certification in line with regulationsDiagnose and repair electrical faults on a variety of building services equipmentUndertake remedial works following EICRsSupport minor installation and upgrade projects when requiredWork independently, managing your own workload and customer visitsDeliver a professional, safety-focused service at all timesBenefit from paid travel time 30 minutes each wayExperience Required for ElectricianYou must have experience in an electrical maintenance, service, or installation role, ideally involving:Commercial or industrial electrical systemsPlanned and reactive maintenanceTesting, inspection, and certificationFault-finding on building services equipmentRemedial and upgrade worksElectrician Skills & CompetenciesStrong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic abilityConfident working on commercial/industrial systems and equipmentAbility to complete testing, inspection, and certificationComfortable working independently across multiple sitesStrong communication skills and a customer-first approachAble to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentationESSENTIAL Requirements2391 Testing & Inspection or EAL/LCL equivalent18th Edition (17th edition would still be considered)Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical InstallationFull UK Driving LicenceExperience in commercial or industrial electrical workRight to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Strong written and verbal EnglishIf you are interested in the Electrician role or have any questions, please apply with your latest CV and I will give you a call to discuss the next step of your application.
