Job Description
I’m partnered with a well established contractor who are expanding their North East region, backed by a strong pipeline of secured work across a range of sectors. With multiple projects kicking off across the North East, they are looking to grow their design team with the right talent.
Salary: Circa £45,000 - £75,000 + package (DOE )
What They're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a design management role
2. Ability to support or lead projects from start to end
3. Background with a main contractor
Advantageous:
4. Experience in preconstruction
5. Knowledge of Viewpoint
6. Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act
7. Relevant degree or membership (CIOB, RIBA)
