Technology Engagement Lead - Visitor Experience Sites (Scotland)
Location: Central Edinburgh
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (35 hours/week)

A leading global organisation is seeking a Technology Engagement Lead to support the smooth running of its customer-facing locations across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping technology running behind the scenes - without needing to be deeply technical.
The Role:
You'll be the face of digital support across several busy visitor experience sites. Working closely with a network of external IT service providers, you'll ensure local systems and applications are running efficiently, and that on-site teams receive excellent support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology issues
2. Provide hands-on support where required (eg reinstalling POS devices or iPads)
3. Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers to resolve issues
4. Maintain excellent communication with on-site staff and vendors
5. Travel between sites as needed to support operations
What You'll Need:
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Basic IT awareness (training and support will be provided)
8. Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder management role
9. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
10. A Full UK Driving Licence - must be comfortable travelling between sites
11. Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off), 9am-5pm
