Education Welfare Officer

Salary: Grade 9, Point 19 (Actual Salary £28,144 per annum)
Contract: 37 hours per week/40 weeks per year (Term Time + 2 weeks)
Rawlins is seeking a committed and proactive Education Welfare Officer to play a key role in promoting excellent attendance, punctuality and engagement across the Academy. The successful candidate will work closely with students, families and staff to identify and address barriers to attendance, provide timely support and guidance, and to ensure safeguarding and statutory responsibilities are met.
