As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of the curriculum, provide tutorial support, and contribute to the continual development of our department. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment across a range of Plumbing programmes. Create and maintain engaging teaching materials including schemes of work, assignments, and resources. Ensure all delivery meets awarding body standards and supports student achievement. Provide tutorial support, track learner progress, and communicate feedback effectively to students, parents/guardians, and employers. Participate in moderation, assessment, and verification processes. Contribute to curriculum development, course reviews, and departmental planning. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and professional links within the Plumbing and Construction sectors.What We’re Looking For: Essential: Relevant industry experience within the Plumbing and Construction sector. A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Plumbing. Ability to deliver high-quality and inspirational teaching to a range of learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to learner success and development. A proactive approach to continuous professional development.Desirable: A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one). Experience in assessing and verifying vocational qualifications.
