Job Description Responsible for generating new business opportunities in the area of responsibility, as well as maintaining the project pipeline Responsible for achieving personal annual sales targets Ensure full knowledge of all Key Customers, the decision makers and key influencers as well as understanding organisation structure and the decision processes Maintain positive and open relationships with customers and internal Doka employees Using the Doka product portfolio to deliver the most economical and professional solution together with upselling in order to increase revenues Develop an understanding of competitor’s products Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately with the engineering department Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction Lead and coordinate with team members and other departments throughout the whole sales process from inquiry to project closure Responsible for account management, i.e. dealing with complaints, queries, and making sure account payments are made in line with Doka trading terms. Supply management with reports on your sales area activities, customer needs, interests, competitive activities and the potential to identify opportunities for new products and services Maintain customer and project information in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and material requirements
