Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Aspire 2Be. The role is located in Port Talbot but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect, engage, and convertSME clients (50–250 employees).
* Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal close.
* Clearly communicate thebenefits of a digital solution.
* Work closely with marketingto refine messaging and lead flow.
* Buildpipeline,reporton performance, andadapt fast.
* Use HubSpot CRM effectivelyfor goal and pipeline management, reporting, and sales workflow optimisation.
* Represent the company externally, attending events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings to build brand visibility and influence.
* Work with clients toidentify their needs & requirements, recognising opportunities for further account growth.

Essential Requirements:
* Ownership of full sales cycle
* 3 Years experience in B2B sales to SME's
* Strong communicator—especially with non-technical buyers
* Self-starter who thrives on pace, targets, and autonomy
* CRM savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Plenty of contacts and great knowledge of the UK SME landscape and associated challenges
* Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
Desirable (but not essential) Requirements:
* B2B SAAS/ L&D tech sales experience
* Experience working with HR, People and senior decision-makers
* Background in startup or scale-up environments
* Welsh speaker

- Basic salary of £30k - £37k (negotiable depending on experience)
