We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will manage appointments, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival at the spa
Answer phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling of spa services
Schedule appointments and maintain the booking system to optimise spa treatments and services
Provide clients with information about services, packages, and promotions offered at the spa
Ensure the reception area is clean and overall facilities are clean and organised
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues to enhance the customer experience
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
