Job Description

3. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
4. Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
6. Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
7. Handle correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries, professionally.
8. Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability.
9. Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administration Assistant should have:

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role within professional services.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
15. The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
16. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
17. Live locally to Peterborough and able to be office based full time
