About the role
We are partnering with our client to find a Customer Service Officer to join their supportive and stable team environment in their Sandgate location. In this role you will be required to provide customer service both in person and over the phone, doing some internal and external sales, looking at stock transfers and organising contractor transport for the product.
Responsibilities
Customer service:
1. Process data into SAP
2. Deliver a high level of customer service
3. Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
4. Process customer orders
5. Process customer returns/credits
6. Coordinate deliveries
7. Assist Despatch in processing driver paperwork
8. Process special Made To Order product (MTO) orders
9. Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
Requirements
10. High attention to detail
11. Work under dead lines
12. have a "can do attitude" and to be able to work with a team
13. Effective communication skills
14. Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner
15. Willingness to be part of a dynamic team
16. Ability to prioritise and think on your feet
17. Demonstrated high level computer skills
18. SAP experience is desirable
