We are looking for a Facilities Administrator / Coordinator to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role provides a pro-active and efficient Facilities service to the business both in a hard and soft Facilities management. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the facilities department through effective customer service skills and document management. Complete contractor induction and issue permits.
This is an onsite role in Leighton Buzzard, UK.
What you will do
1. Provide support in maintaining FM supplier matrices and associated document control service records and statutory compliance.
2. Liaise with Supplier/Service providers relating health and safety documentation and maintain control document log supporting health and safety team in contractor compliance
3. Prepare Purchase requisitions from supplier quotations for the campus / Liaise with accounts payable and suppliers to a successful resolution of all invoice queries.
4. Scan and fill document such as permit to work, contractor risk assessment and induction forms. Administer Site CAFM system – uploading documents/account administration
5. Complete contractor inductions and issue permit to support site operations
Experience & Qualifications we prefer:

7. Facilities experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
8. Ability to priorities work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Customer services skills
10. Solid administrative ability, able to support in a busy environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Accuracy Is essential
11. Strong attention to detail willingness to challenge is key part is a key part of the role
