About the Role
An ambitious Commercial Lawyer is sought to join a highly reputable education team. As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will have experience advising clients in the education sector on a variety of commercial matters. The client base includes a range of universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally. You will have the opportunity to work on high profile and interesting projects, including advising on commercial agreements required for university branch campuses overseas, all forms of joint venture agreements, and a wide range of commercial agreements.
About the Candidate
You will have at least 6+ years PQE in dealing with commercial matters, ideally on behalf of clients within the education sector. Applications are welcomed from those who have a genuine interest or desire to specialise in this sector. You will have strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
