The working pattern for this position is 40 hours per week, over 7 days to suit the needs of the business.

OurCleaning Supervisor will be responsible for:
Provide day-to-day supervision of on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and our clients.
Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of on-site staff, addressing issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.
Actively carry out cleaning duties as required to support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
