6. Lead and manage internally delivered roads maintenance operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:
18. Experience: Significant management experience in relevant fields, with a proven track record of success.
19. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent professional qualifications (Chartered Status), with continuous professional development.
20. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership and team-building abilities, and strong analytical and financial acumen.
21. Attributes: Ambitious, motivated, and capable of driving forward change under challenging circumstances.
