LCV / Van Technician Required in Dartford
1. Pay: £45k Basic + £60K OTE with realistic bonuses
2. Hours: 42 hours per week, with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on a rota
Our client is seeking an experienced LCV Technician to join their busy Dealership team in Dartford. Duties:
10. Conduct Light Commercial Vehicle repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards
11. Diagnose faults accurately using specialised diagnostic tools
12. Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard while adhering to health and safety regulations
13. Accurately complete all relevant documentation and repair reports
14. Work as part of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency
15. Provide technical advice and support to junior team members where necessary
Requirements as a LCV Technician:
16. Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician or Van Technician, within a Main Dealership or Fleet Environment.
17. Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern vehicle systems
18. Holding relevant technical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
19. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
20. Must be reliable, goal oriented and a team player
21. Experience working on vans and commercial vehicles is essential
