Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The availability windows will be used to schedule your contracted hours with 3 weeks' notice of exact shifts. We are happy to support flexibility if your available times do not match exactly.

Responsibilities
* Know and serve customers with passion and pride; provide natural service.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about store products and services.
* Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
* Make decisions right for customers and deliver store routines that meet needs.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Understand store performance and contribute to delivering service and sales, reducing waste and delivering profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Be yourself, live Tesco values, and follow policies.
* May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
