The Role
As a Production Operative, youll:
Use specialist tools such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings to produce high-quality automotive products
Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly
Shifts
Youll work on a three-shift rotation :
Days: 7am 3pm
Lates: 3pm 11pm
Nights: 11pm 7am
Flexibility to work all shifts and overtime is required.
What Were Looking For
Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential full training is provided
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
