We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for creating a positive first impression of our customers' new homes. Your work will showcase your attention to detail, especially in restoring areas affected by damp and mould.
As part of our team, your duties will vary daily, including providing relief services to maintain our communal areas and community centres.
Requirements include a full driving licence and relevant experience in a similar role, along with a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities:
* Clean internal and external areas of properties, including communal spaces, offices, and community centres.
* Address damp and mould issues in customers' homes.
* Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
* Assist with decorating tasks within dwellings.
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle, equipment, and work schedules.
* Manage waste in accordance with environmental standards.
