A
s a CRM Man
ager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, delivery and performance of the company's customer relationship management efforts. Through the use of CRM technology (Capsule) and robust processes, you will aim to build and develop our customer data, enhance customer lifetime value, support with customer acquisition and retention and maximise the effectiveness of the customer leads pipeline. Operating as a champion for best practice use of our recently-implemented CRM tool, you will also offer technical execution, data management, and operational aspects of the CRM sys
**tem.
What We're Lookin**

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in CRM management or customer in
sight. A degree in Marketing, IT, or Business, or an equivalent level of demonstrated professional exper
ience. Highly methodical, analytical, and possessing exceptional attention to d
etail. Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effect
ively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborative environ
ments. A highly collaborative approach, thriving in team-oriented set
**tings.
Desirable Skills & Exp**

Experience with sales pipelines in a construction or project-based envi
- ronment.Previous experience working within a fast-moving, global sales organ
