The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll bring strategic insight, operational acumen, and a collaborative approach to finance across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with teams in Operations, Quality, and Digital, you’ll help lead projects that support supported living, residential services, and back-office functions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver finance initiatives focused on performance management, controls, procurement, and reporting.
* Partner with senior leaders and managers across departments to provide expert financial insight and support.
* Drive the implementation of finance and workforce systems, including digital self-service tools and roster management.
* Provide operational leadership within the Finance Team and lead on key transformation priorities.
What You’ll Need
* ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
* Strong experience in financial and management accounting.
* A collaborative, business-partnering mindset with a focus on enabling others through finance.
* Finance Business Partnering experience is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your drive, knowledge, and leadership.
