About the role
As Optimisation Manager, you’ll drive experimentation efforts that improve user experience and media performance. You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, design robust tests, and communicate results that influence strategic decisions. You’ll also help evolve our optimisation practices, contributing to the development of new strategies, frameworks, and processes that embed experimentation into the heart of our digital roadmap.
Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and deliver business impact
* Manage and run testing activity from planning to implementation to analysis
* Build and test strong hypotheses through AB and MVT testing
* Analyse and share results in an engaging way with actionable recommendations
* Utilise Adobe Analytics and other insights tools to segment and evaluate test results
* Contribute towards the prioritisation process and help shape the product roadmap
* Uphold Tesco’s Business Code of Conduct with integrity and due diligence
Qualifications
* Proven success in managing experimentation to drive commercial performance and customer insight
* Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent user experiences
* Experience in innovation and challenging the status quo
* Proficiency in testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Leanplum) and data analysis across multiple sources
* Solid understanding of experimental design and statistics
* Effective communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
