Job Description
1. Oversee all aspects of projects and leaders assigned to those, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Lead and manage a strong existing team, fostering collaboration and development.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success of the construction division.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
7. Identify opportunities for business growth within the property industry.
8. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Divisional Manager should have:
9. 10-15 years of experience as a lead Project Manager, with experience managing subordinates.
10. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
11. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
12. Strong organizational and project management skills.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
14. A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
