BMS Manager

Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for all BMS project activities from design to handover.
* Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, electrical, ICT, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth integration across disciplines.
* Review and validate design drawings, control philosophies, and system architecture.
* Lead Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and Integrated System Testing (IST).
* Manage BMS subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to spec.
* Serve as the key technical contact for clients, consultants, and vendors on all BMS-related matters.
Desired Experience:
* Strong technical background in Building Management Systems within data centre or other mission-critical projects.
* Proven experience leading design, integration, and commissioning phases.
* Deep understanding of control systems, networking, and third-party integrations (UPS, CRAC, chillers, etc.).
* A proactive mindset for problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
