This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and collaborative HR professional to contribute to a positive workplace culture and wider business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queriesProvide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislationSupport employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processesManage absence, probation and performance review processesAssist with recruitment, onboarding and contract preparationMaintain HR systems, personnel files and data integrityCompile HR reports and key metrics for managementSupport payroll preparation through accurate data input and benefits administrationCoordinate training and development activities and support wider HR projectsPromote employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesConduct exit interviews and analyse trendsAbout YouEssentialThird-level qualification in a relevant disciplineMinimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR roleStrong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practiceProficient in HR systems and Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential dataConfident communicator with strong problem-solving skillsProfessional, proactive and able to work collaborativelyDesirableCIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent)Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environmentFull driving licence and access to own transportClosing date for applications: 22 May 2026WHJS1_NI
