This is a pivotal leadership role, offering full accountability for the successful opening, culture, performance and long-term success of a high-end care service. The Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the home’s performance across care quality, resident experience, compliance, team engagement and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership position, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence.
