Partner Onboarding Specialist (12-month FTC)
Base Location: Birmingham

The Partnership Office at KPMG acts as a central hub, providing comprehensive support to Partners throughout their entire journey, from recruitment to retirement. This team offers efficient, effective, and personalized service to all partners (current and past), ensuring a seamless experience.
What will you be doing?
As a Partner Onboarding Specialist within the OEH Partnership Office Operations Team, you will manage the end-to-end interview and onboarding process for new Partners. Your role involves delivering high-quality and confidential administrative tasks to support the recruitment of new Partners. You will ensure that new Partners receive a seamless experience by offering proactive and timely updates to all involved.
* Work closely with the Senior Partner Hire Team, managing the administration behind all Partners' interview and panel arrangements.
* Become an expert in the interview arranging process.
* Collaborate with KPMG’s preferred recruitment suppliers to ensure smooth recruitment experiences for candidates and the business, acting as a first point of contact for hiring managers and the Partner Hire Recruitment Team.
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all allocated joiners, acting as a single point of contact for joiners, recruiters, and the business throughout the journey.
* Manage pre-employment screening activities.
* Provide excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders by offering proactive and timely updates and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and negotiating to benefit all parties.
* Be accountable and proactive, striving to deliver excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
* As a Subject Matter Expert, have in-depth knowledge of the onboarding process and relevant policies, advising on complex queries and escalating as necessary.
* Liaise with offshore support functions to ensure all administrative activities are completed to meet the target joining date.
* Lead or support wider projects and tasks as needed, alongside your normal workload.
* Adhere to ISO standards and GDPR regulations.
What will you need to do it?

* A logical, systematic approach to issues, with the ability to think creatively and weigh options.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to influence and negotiate confidently at all levels.
* Strong organizational, literacy, and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems like SAP or SuccessFactors.
