WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR Avonmouth Monday to Friday Salary £28k FTE 30 - 40 Hours per week The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities ·Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner. ·Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and ensure all documentation is complete. ·Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding warranty issues. ·Assist in the resolution of warranty disputes and provide support to customers throughout the claims process. ·Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping. ·Generate reports related to warranty claims and performance metrics as needed. ·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warranties. · SKILLS ·Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail. ·Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ·Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. ·Familiarity with office administrative tasks and procedures. Ideal but not essential; ·Experience in transport, logistics, or automotive aftersales administration ·Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail ·Confidence in using fleet or maintenance management software (and Microsoft Office) ·Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude ·A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
