As an experienced Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, across a number of establishments across the group, whilst overseeing menu development, staff management and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are exceeded across the board. Head Chef responsibilities will include; Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect both seasonal ingredients and the highest of quality. Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs. Overseeing all food purchasing and inventory control. Ensuring all legislation is currently followed, including all food/health and safety regulations.
