The Opportunity In this role, youll support the onboarding, delivery and long-term management of a premium client portfolio across cinema, entertainment, loyalty and employee benefits. Youll play a key part in nurturing relationships with major partners, driving client satisfaction and uncovering new commercial opportunities. What Youll Be Doing Leading and developing key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Managing and growing partnerships across UK & International cinema brands and wider loyalty clients. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver initiatives that boost engagement and product uptake. Providing insight-led recommendations using data, market trends and client feedback. Presenting with confidence in senior stakeholder meetings. Supporting new business activity and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Ensuring all contractual commitments and compliance requirements are met. Representing the business at industry events and conferences. What Youll Bring Proven experience in a client management or partnerships role. Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of driving growth. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Confident presenting, advising and building trusted relationships. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Analytical mindset with good Excel and PowerPoint capability.
