7. Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
10. A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.
11. Proven experience in the property industry, particularly in cost management.
12. Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
