* Own and grow our Amazon FBA fulfilment service for third‑party clients, acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding, day‑to‑day account management, and issue resolution.
* Prepare, label, and ship FBA inventory in strict compliance with Amazon’s requirements, minimising stranded inventory, chargebacks, and defect rates.
* Identify opportunities to expand the 3PL client base, supporting business development efforts with pricing proposals, service overviews, and operational capability statements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing 3PL clients, providing clear communication on order status, SLA performance, and any exceptions.
* Stay current with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central requirements, policy changes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Contribute to the development of scalable processes and systems that can support increased 3PL volume as the business grows.
