We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key User to join our team based at our business centre in Castleford. This is a temporary role for 9 months.
About the role
This role involves providing operational, technical and sales support for one of our platforms to customers and internal stakeholders.
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be:
* Adding new and updating existing users to the Admin Portal
* Organise and administer training courses either internally or to customers when required
* Provide a help desk for customers and internal employees with general platform enquiries
We are looking for someone who has experience of developing and implementing product support strategy.
