We are recruiting Yard Operatives for a UK-leading manufacturer of building materials at a busy production site near Lewes, Haywards Heath, and Burgess Hill in East Sussex. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Role Responsibilities
* Picking and packing finished goods for dispatch
* Working in a busy warehouse and stock yard
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Moving raw materials and completed products
* Completing basic paperwork
* Manual handling duties
* Supporting other departments during peak periods
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, yard, or production environment
* Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
* Willingness to carry out physical, hands-on work
* Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage
* Basic computer literacy (training provided)
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Own transport is essential due to the rural location
