JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

**No Nights, No Weekends, No Bank Holidays**
37.5hrs, Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:30
Salary - £30, per annum


As a Quality Coordinator, you will be able to:

1. Investigate, resolve, and report customer complaints in a timely and thorough manner, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
2. Manage non-conformance processes including documentation, investigation, resolution, and reporting.
3. Maintain and update QHSE documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements.
4. Deliver induction training for new starters covering Health & Safety, Hygiene, GMP, and site rules.
5. Conduct refresher and ongoing training in Health & Safety, Hygiene, and GMP.
6. Perform internal audits of Quality and Health & Safety Management Systems and support external audits.
7. Support Health & Safety activities including accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
8. Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality and safety performance.
11. Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
12. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on QHSE objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

21. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
22. Experienced in conducting internal audits and inspections (e.g., ISO, BRCGS, or similar standards).
23. Sound knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks related to Health & Safety and Quality Management.

Experience in a quality position within a production environment is essential.
