Childrens Registered Home Manager - Ormskirk Up to £70,000 (Total reward package). Welcome Bonus - £5,000 (On completion of probation & OFSTED registration acceptance). Occupancy Bonus – paid monthly, up to £5,000 pa – based on occupancy. Plus, a further £5,000 longevity reward upon 3 years of service. Exceptional Care are a therapeutic children’s service providing care and support to children and young people aged 8-17, from complex backgrounds, who display challenging behaviour and EBD - an independent social care organisation with multiple residential units across the North West of England. We’re seeking a talented Childrens Registered Home Manager to join us on our exciting journey, based at our 2 bed Childrens Homes in Ormskirk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and dedicated Registered Manager to manage a home in a unique setting during a period of real company growth. Well give you all the support you need to lead and develop your team to create a loving, stable environment to ensure each young person is achieving positive outcomes and learning experiences. Theres a great package on offer, you’ll be rewarded appropriately for the amazing work you do. We offer development opportunities to all managers to progress to Senior Manager level. Exceptional Care believes that consistency in care is paramount to children/young people with complex needs, to this end we are committed to developing and maintaining good communicative relationships with the child/young person. Required minimum criteria: Full UK Manual Driving Licence 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting dealing with children with complex needs at senior level (You could be an outstanding Deputy Manager looking for progression). Level 3 or 4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
