Key Account Manager Central & Northwest UK

£50,000 + Bonus + Car + Enhanced Holidays + Excellent Benefits

Home-based | Field-based role covering Central & Northwest England

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to grow business through trusted distribution partners and large end-user accounts? Do you have experience selling tools, workshop equipment, or industrial solutions and want to represent a premium global brand known for quality, innovation, and performance? If so, this could be the next step in your career.

You’ll be joining a leading European manufacturer of professional tools and workshop equipment, a brand recognised across automotive, industrial, and motorsport sectors for its precision engineering, exceptional quality, and Italian design.


The Role

As Key Account Manager for the Central and Northwest region, you’ll take ownership of a well-established territory, with significant room for growth.


Your Focus Will Be To

* Manage and develop the regions top 30 strategic distributor and end-user accounts.
* Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across your customer base.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in target sectors.
* Promote the company’s full range of premium tools, workshop equipment, and complementary products.
* Work closely with customer service, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver a first-class experience for your customers.

You’ll have the autonomy to run your territory, supported by a collaborative UK team and a globally respected brand that gives you the tools, literally, to succeed.


What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience in field sales or key account management, ideally within tools, industrial, automotive aftermarket or related sectors.
* A successful track record of building long-term relationships and achieving growth targets.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Confident communication and presentation ability across all levels.
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own diary effectively.
* Full UK driving licence.
