Position: Project Coordinator Planned / Reactive Maintenance Location: NEWRY Salary: Negotiable Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced planned maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple jobs from start to finish and thrive under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for co-ordinating jobs for global blue-chip brands ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to completion. Coordinate scheduling, teams, contractors, and resources to meet Completion deadlines. Prioritise competing jobs effectively to ensure urgent tasks are completed on time. Adapt quickly to emergencies or unexpected delays, keeping all projects on track. Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Identify risks and implement rapid solutions to maintain project timelines. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing multiple projects from planning to completion. Demonstrated ability to deliver jobs from start to finish successfully. Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar). Computer competency across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders efficiently. Ability to maintain quality and client satisfaction while working at pace.
