We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and successful surveying practice covering Norwich and the wider Norfolk area. Due to increased business levels, our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced surveyor with Level 2 Survey experience who is looking for a role offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
1. Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across a designated geographical area
2. Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training can be provided where required)
3. Undertake Red Book Valuations in accordance with professional standards
4. Produce accurate and professional reports using market-leading software
5. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
6. Manage your diary and workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
8. Contribute to the continued success and growth of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
9. Minimum AssocRICS qualification
10. Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
11. Experience with Red Book Valuations advantageous
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
14. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
15. Full UK driving licence
