Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and education, with a focus on utilising various HRIS systems such as Workday, Job adder, and PeopleSoft. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively. The Education Consultant will play a crucial role in advising educational institutions on best practices, implementing strategies for improvement, and facilitating training sessions.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to educational institutions on curriculum development and instructional strategies.
* Utilise HRIS systems (Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft) to manage data and streamline processes.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
* Conduct training sessions for educators on the effective use of technology in the classroom.
* Manage social media platforms to promote educational initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
* Assist in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and expand the client base.
* Building relationships with schools across the East Midlands
* Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance service offerings.
Experience
* Proven experience in human resources or education consultancy is essential.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
* Strong skills in relationship management and client engagement are necessary for success in this role.
* Experience with lead generation techniques and salesforce management is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
* A background in social media management will be beneficial for promoting educational programmes.
