Maintenance Engineer – Wincanton, Somerset
Salaries: GBP 44,500–45,500 per annum. Hours: Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday.

Role and Responsibilities
* Planned maintenance inspections, review parts used
* Recommend improvements aligned with projects and maintenance schedules, carry out safety checks on range of equipment
* Monitor plant conditions, report defects and repair machinery
* Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs and risk assessments
* Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non‑conformance issues
* Work on a range of valves and pumps
* Support production and continuous improvement projects
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Formal engineering qualification: C & G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship trained
* Knowledge of continuous improvement
* Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
* Experience in food, packaging, drink, manufacturing environments
